Returns & Warranty


First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means, we owe you a BIG “Thank you!”

We promise to do our very best to deliver amazing products, a great customer experience and to make right any hiccups along the way.

With that being said, here are some things that you might want to know...


If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, feel free to send back your purchase or exchange it. But please note that only purchases from are eligible for Returns. Any third-party sales are not included in this, but are eligible for warranty.

Refund: Except for any products designated on the website as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within fourteen (14) business days of shipment.  All returned items must be unused, in original packaging and in perfect sellable condition to qualify for a refund.


Store Credit: Except for any products designated as non-returnable. Purchases that do not qualify for a refund, and purchases opened, but unused and in original packaging, can be returned for store credit. 

All diffusers, crucibles, clearance items are final sale and are NOT covered by our Return Policy.

You should expect to receive your refund or store credit within four (4) weeks of sending your item back, however, in many cases, you will receive the refund or store credit more quickly! This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used by the customer. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

MONARX products are fully covered, for the original owner, under our No-Hassle Warranty Policy. The original delivery date (for orders from Monarx Vapes) or purchase date (for retail purchases) will be considered as the start of the Warranty Period. If your product fails while under warranty, we will send you a replacement part for FREE (subject to availability). 

  • Diffusers - 30-Day No Hassle Warranty from any manufacturer's defects.
  • Attachments / All other batteries - 48 hour No-Hassle Warranty from any manufacturer's defects.
  • Glass Pieces - Only covered for manufacturing defects and must be stated within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
    • Crucibles/Inserts - are NOT covered under warranty

    Accidental loss, damage, wear and tear, or using products contrary to proper use are not covered under our Returns and Warranty Policy.

    Note: Warranty coverage is for the ORIGINAL OWNER ONLY.

    Products purchased under our acceptable MSRP rules from a third party site, or "second hand" will not be covered under our warranty

    Accessories such as caps, tools, batteries and cases are not covered by our warranty unless received in unusable state.

    For damaged or incorrectly shipped items, please contact our Support Team (send an email to within forty-eight (48) hours upon receiving your package. Your order will be considered as correctly closed without any issues if no attempt has been made to contact us within 48 hours.

    For items purchased from retailers, please make sure to keep a copy of your receipt (with the date of purchase) for warranty coverage.

    3rd Party and Auction (eBay) sites are not covered by our Warranty Program.
